Ingredients

Coriander Seeds……………………………………………………………….4 Tablespoon
Cumin Seeds……………………………………………………………………2 Tablespoon
Fenugreek Leaves (Qasoori Methi)………………………………………2 Tablespoon
Black pepper……………………………………………………………………2 Tablespoon
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder ………………………………………………..1 Tablespoon
Red Chilli Powder……………………………………………………………..1 Tablespoon
Whole Spices Powder (Garam Masala)…………………………………..1 Tablespoon
Turmeric Powder ………………………………………………………………1 Teaspoon
Salt………………………………………………………………………………….1 Tablespoon
Citric Acid (Taatri)………………………………………………………………1/2 Teaspoon



Method

* Finely grind all the ingredients in a grinder.
* Homemade Karahi (Kadhai) Masala Is ready,Store it in an airtight jar, and use it as needed.
* 4 to 5 Tbsp of Homemade Karahi (Kadhai) Masala are enough for 1 KG Chicken, Mutton or Beef.
