Whether it is a wedding occasion, Eid or a guest comes to our house, we definitely make Qorma (Korma).
To make Qorma (Korma), a packet of spices is often taken from the bazaar and Qorma (Korma) is made from it.
Regarding packet spices, we do not know which spices are used in them and whether they are pure or not.
So we thought of making these spices at home with pure spices with our own hands in front of our eyes



Homemade Qorma (Korma) Masala

Ingredients

Bay Leaves……………………………..2 To 3
Black pepper………………………….1 Teaspoon
Cloves…………………………………..10
Green Cardamoms ……………………12
Black Cardamoms……………………..10 To 12
Coriander Seed…………………….4 Tablespoon
Fennel Seed…………………………2 Tablespoon
Cumin Seed………………………….1 Tablespoon
Nutmeg………………………………….1
Mace (Javetri)………………………….10 To 12 Piece
Cinnamon………………………………..5 To 6 Sticks (Each 1 Inch)
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder ………..4 Tablespoon
Red Chilli Powder……………………..2 Tablespoon
Salt…………………………………………1-1/2 Tablespoon



Method

* Finely grind all the ingredients except Bay Leaves, Black pepper, Cloves and Green Cardamoms in a grinder.
* Now add Bay Leaves, Black pepper, Cloves and Green Cardamoms to the grinded spices.
* Homemade Qorma (Korma) Masala Is Ready, Store it in an airtight jar, and use it as needed.
* 4 to 5 Tablespoon Homemade Qorma (Korma) Masala are enough for 1 KG Beef, Mutton or Chicken.
