How To Make Breakfast (Nashta ) Omelette And Paratha

Wheat flour……………………………………………………. 1/2 Cup
Ghee……………………………………………………………… 1 Tablespoon
Salt………………………………………………………………… To Taste
Normal Tap Water…………………………………………. For Kneading Dough

Eggs……………………………………………………………… 2
Finely Chopped Onion…………………………………….. 1 Tablespoon
Finely Chopped Green Chilli…………………………….. 1 Small
Crushed Red Chillies………………………………………… 1/4 Teaspoon
Coriander Powder…………………………………………….. A Pinch
Turmeric………………………………………………………….. A Pinch
Salt…………………………………………………………………. To Taste
Ghee/Oil………………………………………………………….. For Fry
Method
- Add Plain flour, Wheat flour, Salt and Ghee to a bowl to knead the medium dough with normal tap water and set it aside.
- Add two eggs to a bowl, and add all the spices and beat very well.
- Take a piece of dough and roll it with a rolling pin in a round paratha shape.
- Now spread a little egg better on top of it and then sprinkle some dry flour on it, And roll it and make the dough again
- Again make a round paratha with the help of a rolling pin, add ghee to the pan (Tawa)and cook well on both sides.
- Put a little ghee or oil in the same pan (Tawa) and spread the eggs better and make an omelette.
