This Halwa is made from only 3 ingredients that are present in every home. And this Halwa is also different from the semolina Halwa in taste and is very delicious.



Ingredients:

Semolina ……………………………….. 500g
Sugar ……………………………………. 500g
Ghee ……………………………………. 400g



Method:

Step 1:
Half an hour before, wash and soak 500 grams of semolina.
Step 2:
First of all Put 400 grams ghee and 500 grams sugar in the pan cook the syrup over medium heat, and stirring constantly. And will not put water in the syrup at all.
Note:
The syrup will be too hot. Be careful at this time and do not let the children come near at all.



Step 3:
When the sugar is well dissolved in the ghee, and the colour will be lightly golden, Then take out all the water from the semolina and put the semolina in the syrup.
Step 4:
Put the semolina in the syrup and keep stirring continuously Mix the syrup and semolina very well, cook for 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
Step 5:
